We are a founder-led construction-materials trade desk, set up in 2026 and run from Kuala Lumpur.
Metrocore Buildmart Sdn Bhd supplies steel, cement and cladding to contractors, developers and procurement officers across the Klang Valley — and, through its trading division, sources the lines a project needs beyond them. The desk is small and direct by design: an enquiry reaches the person who prices it and follows it through to delivery, so quotes come back quickly and answers stay straight.

Buying-side procurement on contractor accounts, with dispatch and delivery handled end-to-end.
Reinforcement bar in straight lengths and cut-and-bent schedules. Hot-rolled sections, mild-steel plate and structural mesh, drawn against a confirmed bill of quantity.

Ordinary Portland Cement in 50 kg bag and bulk tanker. Aggregates, sand, and pre-blended dry mortar supplied alongside, sized to the next pour.

Aluminium composite panel and metal facade systems for commercial envelopes. Substructure, fixings, and edge profiles coordinated with the install team.
ACP · 4 mm core · PVDF coating
Where a project specifies a material we don't carry as a primary line, the trading desk sources it on the contractor's account, with terms aligned to the project's payment schedule.

A bill of quantity, a structural drawing, or a one-line WhatsApp — the trade desk reads what you send, in whatever form it arrives.
Pricing returned line by line, with availability flagged on the same document — so a tight programme can be tested against the quote, not a follow-up call.
A signed delivery order on arrival; cut-and-bent schedules unloaded against the schedule reference, not a generic batch.
